1. License grant
Subject to payment where applicable and compliance with this license, the buyer receives a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use, reproduce and modify the asset as part of personal or commercial projects. The license is perpetual for the purchased version unless the product page clearly states a time-limited license or the license is lawfully terminated for breach.
2. Permitted project use
You may include the asset in games, applications, interactive media, prototypes, audiovisual works, rendered images or videos, client projects and other end products, provided the asset is incorporated into a larger project and is not distributed in a form that allows ordinary users to extract or reuse it as a substitute for buying the asset.
3. Source access for teams and contractors
You may share source files only with employees or contractors who need them for a licensed project, provided those persons are bound by confidentiality or equivalent restrictions and use the files only for that project. They must delete or return source files when access is no longer required.
4. Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly mirror, upload to another marketplace, give away, or package the asset primarily as a competing asset or template. You may not remove third-party notices that must legally remain, use the asset to violate law or third-party rights, or use it for model/dataset training where the product page, third-party license or applicable law prohibits that use.
5. Refunds and license termination
If a purchase is fully refunded or reversed, the license to the refunded asset ends unless law requires otherwise. The buyer must stop using and distributing the refunded source asset and delete reasonably accessible source copies, without requiring destruction of already-distributed end products where continued distribution is legally permitted and the refund was not obtained through abuse or fraud.
6. Third-party and open-source components
Third-party components remain governed by their own licenses. Where an open-source or third-party license grants rights that cannot be restricted by this Standard Asset License, that third-party license controls for the relevant component. Sellers must disclose material notices and attribution requirements.
