1. Malware and technical abuse
Malware, credential theft, ransomware, hidden miners, destructive payloads, exploit kits intended for unauthorized compromise, unauthorized surveillance, backdoors concealed from buyers, evasion tooling designed for abuse, and deliberately unsafe archives are prohibited.
2. Rights and deception
Stolen or pirated assets, counterfeit branding, impersonation, forged licenses, false compatibility claims, materially misleading previews, fake reviews, undisclosed paid endorsements and intentional misrepresentation of third-party or AI-generated content are prohibited.
3. Illegal or seriously harmful content
Content or promotion that violates applicable law, sanctions, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, payment-provider rules, or laws concerning sexual exploitation or other prohibited exploitation is not allowed. Assetora may also prohibit content that creates a material security or safety risk even where its legal status is uncertain.
