1. Payments and checkout

Payments are processed through the configured payment provider. Assetora does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers. The checkout displays the price, discounts and taxes or tax treatment where applicable before the buyer places the order.

2. Commission

The commission rate applicable to a seller is the rate displayed in the seller dashboard or seller-specific commercial terms before the relevant sale. Changes to commission that materially affect business sellers will be communicated in accordance with applicable notice requirements.

3. Reserve and available balance

A portion of seller proceeds may remain unavailable during the reserve period shown in the seller dashboard to cover refunds, chargebacks, fraud, payment reversals and other payment risk. Amounts subject to an active dispute, legal hold or payment-provider restriction may remain reserved longer where reasonably necessary.

4. Payouts

Payouts are available only to sellers who have completed required onboarding and verification. The seller dashboard should display the supported payout method, minimum payout threshold, reserve period, expected payout timing and any known provider restrictions. Payouts may be delayed by verification failures, sanctions screening, account security events, disputes, negative balances or provider outages.

5. Refunds, chargebacks and negative balances

Refunds, chargebacks, payment reversals, dispute fees and losses attributable to a seller transaction may be deducted from the seller’s pending or available balance where permitted by law and the applicable provider terms. If deductions exceed the available balance, future seller proceeds may be applied to the negative balance.

6. Taxes and records

Sellers remain responsible for taxes that law places on them. Assetora or the payment provider may calculate, collect, report, withhold or remit taxes where legally required. Transaction and payout records may be retained for accounting, tax, fraud and legal purposes.
