1. Main ranking parameters
Search relevance and fit to the user’s query, selected category, tags and engine/software compatibility are generally the most important ranking factors. Secondary factors may include publication freshness, product quality signals, sales, review quality and quantity, conversion, refund or complaint rate, file-safety status, seller standing and availability of complete product information.
2. Relative importance
Exact weighting varies by search, category and discovery surface. Direct relevance and compatibility normally outweigh generic popularity signals. Safety, policy or legal restrictions can override other ranking factors entirely. Assetora does not disclose algorithmic details where doing so would materially enable manipulation, fraud or consumer harm.
3. Paid and featured placements
If Assetora offers paid placement, sponsorship or paid ranking influence, it will be clearly identified as sponsored, promoted or equivalent. The effect of payment is limited to the placement or visibility described for that promotion and does not convert a sponsored result into an organic ranking result.
4. Editorial and platform campaigns
Assetora may feature products editorially, in seasonal campaigns, new-seller programs, collections or other curated surfaces. Editorial placement may consider quality, relevance, novelty, seller standing, buyer value and campaign fit.
5. Downranking and removal
Products may be downranked, hidden or removed for policy violations, incomplete or misleading disclosures, repeated refunds or complaints, security risk, legal claims, fraud, manipulation or poor buyer outcomes. Where required, affected business sellers receive reasons and an appeal route.
