1. Operator information
Before commercial transactions are enabled, this page must display the current legal name of the Assetora operator, legal form where applicable, registered or business address, registration number where applicable, tax/VAT identifiers where applicable, and a reliable public contact method. Do not leave this section as an internal admin placeholder once real purchases are accepted.
2. Support
Support requests should include the account email, order number, product URL and version, environment, and screenshots or reproduction steps where relevant. Do not send passwords, private keys, recovery codes or full payment-card credentials.
3. Legal and rights notices
Legal notices should identify the sender, legal basis, requested action, affected URL or product ID and supporting evidence. Copyright and other IP complaints should use the Copyright and IP Complaints Policy where applicable.
4. Privacy contact
Privacy requests should identify the relevant account or contact information and the right being exercised. Assetora may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify identity before disclosing or deleting personal data.
