1. Reviews
Reviews must be based on genuine experience with the product or a verifiable acquisition/use context. Fake reviews, rating manipulation, review swapping, undisclosed paid or incentivized reviews, threats, harassment, doxxing, spam and unrelated advertising are prohibited.
Where Assetora labels a review as verified, the label means the account has a marketplace record supporting acquisition or another verification method described by Assetora; it does not mean Assetora endorses the opinion expressed.
2. Seller replies
Seller replies must remain relevant and professional. Sellers may not threaten buyers, retaliate against negative reviews, condition support on review changes, offer undisclosed compensation for rating manipulation, or reveal buyer personal data.
3. Reports
Reports must be made in good faith and include enough context for review. Repeated manifestly unfounded or abusive reporting may result in warnings or restrictions, without limiting lawful reporting rights.
