1. Marketplace role and contracting party

Assetora operates an online marketplace that enables independent sellers to offer software assets, game assets, tools, plugins, templates and other digital content. Unless a product page or checkout expressly states that Assetora is the seller, the product seller identified on the product page is the contracting seller for that product and remains responsible for its legality, conformity, support, disclosures and intellectual-property rights.

Before an order is placed, Assetora must clearly display the seller identity and, where required by law, whether the seller acts as a trader/business or as a non-trader. Where the seller is a non-trader, consumer-law protections that apply only to trader-to-consumer contracts may not apply to that sale.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must have legal capacity to use the marketplace under applicable law. If you are a minor or otherwise lack full legal capacity, you may use a buyer account only with any parent, guardian or other authorization required by applicable law. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not create accounts for fraud, sanctions evasion, abuse, unauthorized scraping or circumvention of marketplace controls. Business users confirm that they have authority to bind the organization they represent.

3. Product information and checkout

Before payment, the product page and checkout should display the current total price and taxes where applicable, seller identity, applicable license, supported engine or software versions, material technical requirements, included files or features, material limitations, third-party or AI disclosures where relevant, and the applicable refund or complaint route.

An order is completed when payment is confirmed by the payment provider or, for a free product, when the acquisition is recorded. Download or account-based access is then granted subject to fraud, security and legal checks.

4. Immediate digital delivery and withdrawal

Where consumer law provides a withdrawal period for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, Assetora will request the consumer’s prior express consent to begin supply before that period expires and the consumer’s acknowledgement that beginning supply may cause the statutory withdrawal right to be lost. Where required, confirmation of that consent and acknowledgement will be provided on a durable medium.

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including remedies for digital content that is not supplied or does not conform to the contract.

5. License and ownership

A purchase grants only the license identified on the product page and applicable to the purchased version. Copyright, trademarks, patents and other intellectual-property rights do not transfer to the buyer unless the seller expressly states otherwise. If a product includes third-party components, their separate terms remain applicable.

6. Reviews and marketplace content

Reviews must reflect genuine experience. Assetora may indicate whether a review is linked to a verified acquisition or other verified use. Users must not submit fake, paid-undisclosed, retaliatory, coercive or manipulated reviews, or misrepresent their experience with a product.

7. Acceptable use

You may not bypass download authorization, share paid source files outside the license, scrape private files, attack or overload the service, upload or distribute malware, impersonate another person, abuse reports or chargebacks, evade enforcement, or use Assetora for unlawful activity.

8. Suspension, restriction and termination

Assetora may restrict accounts, purchases, downloads, reviews or other functionality where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, payment disputes, sanctions screening, policy enforcement or service integrity. Where required by law and reasonably possible, Assetora will give notice, reasons and access to an appeal or complaint route. Immediate action may be taken where delay would create legal, security or user-safety risk.

9. Liability and mandatory rights

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Assetora is not responsible for losses caused solely by a seller’s breach, a buyer’s misuse of an asset, unsupported third-party environments, external services, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

10. Changes and contact

Assetora is operated by the legal entity identified on the Company, Contact and Imprint Information page. That page forms part of these terms and must display the operator’s current legal name, registered address, public contact method, registration details and tax/VAT identifiers where applicable before commercial transactions are enabled.

Legal and support notices may be submitted through the Contact Assetora form and any additional channel published on the Company, Contact and Imprint Information page. Users must not send passwords, private keys or full payment-card credentials through support channels.

Material changes to these terms will be published with a new effective date. Where law requires advance notice or renewed consent, Assetora will provide it before the change takes effect.
